蒸魚料理-鱈魚

這是飯糰的外婆教的,清淡又下飯,重點是.. 做法簡單到不行,失敗機率極低~

材料:鱈魚 (or any other kind 的鮮魚)、很多很多的蔥花 、薑末
調味料:豆豉、李錦記蒸魚醬油
工具:電鍋、炒菜鍋

作法:
1) 魚洗淨後放電鍋蒸 (要放在盤子上喔)
2) (魚蒸熟後) 豆豉切碎 (味道會比較出來)
3) 炒菜鍋裡放入切碎的豆豉、薑末跟蔥花,加入少許油,中火炒出香味,然後酌量加上蒸魚醬油
4) 將炒熱的調味料淋在蒸好的魚上面就完成啦~~
因為蒸魚會出水,所以調味料可以濃一點。
